A Note from Liz:
Hello, I’m Liz Cheney, a Certified Social Worker (CSW) dedicated to empowering individuals
towards healing and growth. My two decades of social work experience, particularly with foster
families and children, deeply inform my client-centered therapy and advocacy. I focus on building
rapport and creating safe spaces for clients to achieve their goals. I specialize in supporting
neurodivergent clients, leveraging my background in Special Education (SPED) and life skills
teaching.
Outside of my professional commitments, I enjoy balancing life through movies, reading, and
attending hockey games, finding joy in capturing moments through photography and writing.
