A Note from Elizabeth:
I was adopted from Ukraine at the age of 15 and understand firsthand how challenging
life can be. My personal experiences shape my trauma-informed approach to therapy,
which focuses on “what happened to me” rather than “what’s wrong with me” helping
clients understand that their experiences do not define their worth. I strive to create a
warm, supportive space where clients feel safe exploring their experiences and building
resilience. I speak Russian and Ukrainian and value providing culturally sensitive care.
