A Note from Elena:
I am an MSW Intern (graduating in August 2026) and hold a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health
Certification) through Postpartum Support International. I have completed extensive training in
perinatal mental health for all individuals, including men, women, LGBTQ+ and adoptive
parents.
My passion for this work has been shaped by my own journey with grief and loss, as well as my
experience as a foster, adoptive, and biological mother to an Earth-bound and a Heaven-bound
baby.
I am fluent in Spanish and Italian.
My Background
I have 7+ years of experience working as a licensed Social Service Worker. I am
passionate about the work I do, providing individuals with a compassionate, non-
judgmental, inclusive, and safe space where they feel supported in their healing journey.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Social Work from Boise State University (expected graduation date- August
