A Note from Danae Crawford
My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their experiences, emotions, and personal challenges. I take a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, focusing on helping individuals better understand themselves, build resilience, learn better ways of coping, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. I focus on authenticity, compassion, and collaboration in the therapeutic process, and I work to help clients feel empowered as they navigate change and discover their own strengths. My approach integrates evidence-based practices while recognizing that each person’s story, identity, and healing journey are unique.
