A Note from Kristalyn Naylor
My approach focuses on helping you build a more secure, compassionate relationship with
yourself to help navigate trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and other life challenges. I
offer an empathetic, nonjudgmental space where your story is heard, held, and honored. As a
person-centered, relational therapist, my integrative, holistic, and trauma-informed approach
blends evidence-based practices with creativity, warmth, and real-life relatability. My therapeutic
process is shaped by both advanced clinical training and my own lived experience. Working
through my own trauma, grief, and loss inspired me to support others on a deeper and more
meaningful level. I am also a Utah Certified Crisis Worker with experience working in adult
inpatient behavioral health and with survivors of domestic violence.
